These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the iSCanGuide™ Research Access Grant (“Program”) offered by AdvaitaBio (“Advaita,” “Sponsor”). By submitting an application, each participant (“Applicant” or “Recipient”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to apply. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Advaita reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with reasonable notice to current Recipients.
