By requesting onboarding or analysis support from Advaita’s scientific team, the Recipient authorizes Advaita personnel to access the Recipient’s uploaded data solely for the purpose of providing that requested support.
The Recipient represents and warrants that it has all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and analyze any data submitted to the platform, and that such data contains no PII, PHI, or Protected Health Information. The Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold Advaita harmless from any claims arising from the Recipient’s breach of this warranty.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Advaita may collect and use aggregated, de-identified usage and performance data relating to platform operation to improve and develop its products and services, provided such data does not identify the Recipient or any individual and does not include the Recipient’s underlying research data.
