The iSCanGuide™ Research No-Cost Access Grant

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the iSCanGuide™ Research Access Grant (“Program”) offered by AdvaitaBio (“Advaita,” “Sponsor”). By submitting an application, each participant (“Applicant” or “Recipient”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to apply. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Advaita reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with reasonable notice to current Recipients.

The Program is open to researchers affiliated with accredited academic institutions, universities, medical colleges, research hospitals, non-profit research organizations, or industry laboratories, provided all of the following apply:

1. The Applicant is engaged in non-clinical, laboratory-based scientific research;
2. The proposed project is for research use only — not clinical diagnostics or commercial applications;
3. The Applicant’s institution permits participation in externally sponsored programs of this nature;
4. The Applicant is not a resident of a country subject to U.S. trade embargo and is not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

Employees of AdvaitaBio and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Applications must be submitted via the form on this page and must include: (1) full name and institutional or work affiliation; (2) a current CV or biosketch; (3) a project summary of up to 500 words describing the biological question, data type(s), analysis goals, and what the applicant hopes to discover; (4) dataset information including expected data type, organism, platform, sample count, and project timeline; and (5) acceptance of these Terms. Each Applicant may submit one (1) application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applications are evaluated by Advaita’s scientific team based on: clarity of the biological question; dataset readiness and feasibility; scientific or translational impact; and opportunity to generate meaningful learnings or use-case outcomes. Advaita will notify selected applicants by email within approximately 10 business days. The panel’s decision is final. Advaita is not obligated to provide feedback on unsuccessful applications.

Selected Recipients receive no-cost access to iSCanGuide™ and a token allocation sized to support completion of their approved project. Access is personal to the Recipient, non-transferable, and for research use only. The access period and token allocation are determined at the time of award based on the approved project scope. Use of the platform is also subject to Advaita’s standard platform Terms of Service at advaitabio.com/terms. Advaita may revoke access for violation of these Terms.

By requesting onboarding or analysis support from Advaita’s scientific team, the Recipient authorizes Advaita personnel to access the Recipient’s uploaded data solely for the purpose of providing that requested support.

The Recipient represents and warrants that it has all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and analyze any data submitted to the platform, and that such data contains no PII, PHI, or Protected Health Information. The Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold Advaita harmless from any claims arising from the Recipient’s breach of this warranty.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Advaita may collect and use aggregated, de-identified usage and performance data relating to platform operation to improve and develop its products and services, provided such data does not identify the Recipient or any individual and does not include the Recipient’s underlying research data.

The iSCanGuide™ platform is provided under this Program on an “as-is” basis. Advaita makes no warranties regarding fitness for any particular research purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advaita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Last updated: June 2026. AdvaitaBio, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
